Santa’s Helper is back with his fun arrival for the kids!


You provide the Elf and BalloonCasions will take care of the rest!


Please read the following directions carefully:


  1. You must drop your Elf at our HQ using a ziplock baggie labeled with your first and last name and your order number. If you choose to include a personalized star topper please include both your child’s name as well and your Elf’s name.
  2. Elf and any other small/lightweight items you want to include must fit inside the ziplock bag and must be 4 inches around or smaller. Examples: pajama set, trinkets
  3. Drop off your Elf anytime between now and November 20th. If our shop is closed when you arrive please place your labeled ziplock bag into the tote outside of our door.
  4. Pick-Up will be November 22nd 5:00pm-8:00pm and November 30th 5:00pm-8:00pm

If you need a different pick-up time please let us know and we can do our best to accommodate.


Personalized Star Toppers can be added as an enhancement to make your Elf’s arrival extra sweet!
