How much do your balloons cost? Pricing is based on the length, thickness, and colors (matte, metallic, custom color). While we offer base pricing each design is unique and customized for you and will vary depending upon your choice in balloons. We are confident in creating a design within your budget, so please specify this when filling out your quote form. Photos of where you want the balloon installation are also very helpful in determining both price and design options. Those can be emailed to email@example.com
How long will the balloons last? We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that our designs will meet or exceed your expectations. Latex balloons will last for several weeks inside in a controlled temperature. The balloons will oxidize and lose their shine if in direct sunlight. Overtime the sun will cause the balloon to break down. Ballooncasions cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfectly intact when used outdoors in the elements. Rain, wind, rough handling, extreme temperatures are all factors that will have an adverse affect on the balloons.
How long will it take you to install? A two hour minimum is required for all installations, with more time required for larger installs. Our garlands will arrive onsite mostly inflated. However, once the garlands are in position there are additional steps to make it fit your space perfectly & for us to create that ahh-mazing look of our one of a kind organic garlands.
How far in advance should I book? 2-4 weeks in advance is best, but we can often squeeze installations in. With using high quality balloons it allows us to pop in and install them 2-3 days prior to your event if needed for indoor installs. Please contact us to check our availability.
How do I book with you? Fill out the quote form or contact us with as much detail as possible. An install is only considered booked once we receive confirmation from you that the quote has been approved. A 50% non-refundable deposit is then due. Once it is paid your date will be secured on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the installation date. If you allow the quote to expire or fail to pay your end balance the date will open back up to other clients. Any discounts or special promotions will also be removed.
Do you accept Venmo? In short, No.You can fulfill your invoice right in the email using a credit card or bank transfer. Cash and Checks are accepted, but you will be charged a fee for any returned checks.
I need to cancel. Do you offer a refund? That's a negative, Nancy. Clients can cancel at anytime, but Ballooncasions will not be able to refund deposits or payments received under any circumstances. We will credit 100% of all money paid towards another installation or rescheduled date with 12 months of the original event date. No refunds will be given. Credits are non-transferrable. The reschedule date is subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions: All embellishments and framework are the property of Ballooncasions, LLC and these items will be collected during the teardown of the event. The customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for strike and teardown. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs of the missing equipment or material. The client is responsible for all loses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement, or damage. In the event that our equipment is damaged, misplaced, or stolen, the Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s).
