Touching, hot cars/areas, and fingernails are just a few examples of things that can deflate or pop balloons. Once delivered, BalloonCasions is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If BalloonCasions pops any balloons on site, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time. BalloonCasions can return for a “refresh fee” if their schedule allows.
