An attendant provided by BalloonCasions is mandatory if mess prone activities are present. Example: face paint, smoke bombs, fireworks, etc BalloonCasions can also deem an attendant necessary for your event if we feel it’s needed. If your event is 1 hour or more in distance from our HQ in Lewis Center; one of our Castle Attendants will be required.

When renting any inflatables, we strongly encourage customers to verify that the company they plan to use is listed on the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s approved vendor list. This ensures the company is trained and compliant with safety regulations. If the company is not listed, we advise against using them, as their staff may lack proper training, potentially putting your guests’ safety at risk.
